All work exhibited must be for sale

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions,  I warrant that the artworks, in whole or in part, are created solely by me and I warrant that the artwork, in whole or in part, does not infringe upon any Copyright.

I agree to pay a $20.00 non-refundable application fee for participation in this show. I agree I will receive 75% and the Guild will retain 25% commission for works sold for the duration of the show. I agree to be paid via check or direct deposit the first week of the month following the sale

I agree to pay a 10% Commission to the Guild for any sales of my work resulting from referrals from this show or contacts made through the gallery, within one month of the sale

I agree to pick up my work on December 22nd or 23rd and I agree to contact the Guild to make prior arrangements if those pick up dates are not possible. All work left for 30 days past the pickup date becomes property of the Guild.

I agree to volunteer for a Guild Committee for approximately 6 hours during the duration of this show, or in lieu of volunteering, I will pay a $40.00 fee to the Guild

The Mountain Artists Guild assumes no liability for loss by theft or by damage to my work

I release The Mountain Artists Guild, its Staff, Volunteers, and Directors from any responsibility, personal liability, or claims for loss or damage arising from participation in this show

I give permission to the Guild to use, in all its media, digital, and print publications: photographs and video of my work entered into this show and my name, biography, and/or artist statement

I understand that submission to this Call does not guarantee my acceptance into the show. All works will by juried for acceptance and artists will be notified prior to intake dates.
